**What are your shipping times?**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within Jamaica usually takes 2–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
**Do you ship internationally?**
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.
**How do I track my order?**
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log in to your Junopets account to check your order status.
**What is your return policy?**
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for items in their original condition. Perishable goods and clearance items are non‑returnable. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
