**Shipping Policy**

**Order Processing**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We offer flat‑rate shipping within Jamaica and international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**Damages and Lost Packages**
Junopets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and let us know at support@junopets.com so we can assist.

**International Shipping**
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

**Return & Refund Policy**

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

**Returns**
You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items like perishable goods or clearance items are non‑returnable.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at support@junopets.com.

**Return Shipping**
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
